just wondering what others have used to calm the rashes and itching due to gluten/celic? Is there anything OTC? Or does anyone take antihistamines regularly? I feel like I have tried everything. Heading to the allergist next week

If you have DH you will likely also want to avoid iodine, which is common in seafoods and dairy products, as it can exacerbate symptoms in some people. This article may also be helpful:

Thank you so much! I haven’t had it biopsied, but it looks like that what it is and seems related to gluten consumption

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
