Do you mean turkey breast and thighs or ground turkey? I have a few recipes for the larger pieces, and for the ground turkey I use it just like ground beef.

Carriefaith Enthusiast

Turkey Stir Fry

2 cups cooked turkey

4 cups broccoli

1 red pepper, diced

1 onion, diced

5 green onions, diced

4-5 garlic cloves, minced

10 cloves

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons chili sauce (Thai Kitchen)

2 tablespoon fish sauce (Thai Kitchen)

2 cups cooked basmatti rice

2 tablespoons olive oil

Cook vegetables, cloves, oil, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon fish sauce on high heat until the vegetables are tender. Add turkey and cook until the turkey is warm. Add rice and the rest of the soy sauce and fish sauce. Add chili sauce. Mix and Serve.

Turkey Soup

2 cups cooked turkey

3 cups Imagine chicken broth (add more if needed)

4-5 cups of water

3 carrots, diced

4 small celery sticks, diced

2 zucchini, diced

3 tomatoes, diced

1 onion, diced

4-5 cloves of garlic, minced

1/8 teaspoon pepper

2 Tablespoons Thyme (fresh or dry)

1-2 Tablespoons Mrs. Dash Original Spice

1 Tablespoon chili powder

Throw everything into a large pot, boil then quickly simmer for about an hour. Tomatoes and zucchini don’t have to go in right away.

I usually roast a whole breast and get many meals out of it. When I have leftovers I'll chop it up, add some celery and mayo, then throw in cashews right before I eat it. Almonds and dried cranberries go well too.

Robix Apprentice

This works with Chicken or Turkey

INGREDIENTS

Chicken or Turkey (cubed)

Dill

2 lemons

1 cup of plain yogurt or substitute

salt n'pepper

LEMON DILL CHICKEN SALAD

Chop turkey or chicken into cubes

Boil in a mixture of water, lemon juice, and dill

Drain when cooked. Cool.

when chicken is cold:

add plain yogurt until chicken is coated

add fresh coarsely chopped dill

add juice of 1 lemon, and its zest

add Salt and pepper to taste

*************************************

Its a lovely cold salad, great for summer.

High in protein, very light.

It has dairy, but am sure you can substitute the yogurt with something else and get roughly the same fresh taste.

Turkey Ranchero (really easy)

1 lb raw turkey, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 can gluten-free enchilada sauce

1/2 Jack cheese

Sour cream or alternative

Brown turkey in a little olive oil. Add enchilada sauce. Simmer on med-low for 20-30 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve over rice, topped with sour cream.

But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
