I work at a burger king currently so im always around the food, on the bad side its anoying to be around food all the time but on the good side i can controle the cross contamantion so i dont have to worry at all but i was just wondering if anyone eats at BKs and if so what can we have from there, i tried to have a angus pattey ( what i thought was 100% beef) and it led to D, and i only had half the pattey so i figure thats probably got something in it like a filler or something. I know breaded foods are out of the question i guess im asking about like burger meat, there chicken, and mustard and what not

I read that the fries were ok because they were made in a dedicated fryer, and I have had them with no problem. I know you don't want to live on fries, but hey, it is a start.

The BK web site lists whether or not foods have wheat. The burger patty is 100 percent beef. Consumers these days simply will not tolerate a hamburger patty with "fillers" so 100 percent beef is pretty much what you find any more.

I eat at BK. I order a whopper with cheese with no bun. I only recommend you take a real fork and a real knife, because the plastic ones don't cut the meat!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

This is an older article, but may be helpful.

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
