So my left arm, when i extend it like lower my arm it pinchs my bysep right next to my armpit, the pinch gets worse if i raise my arm into the air. Not sure what the heck its from, probably a pinched nerve or osmething just wonderd if anyone has experinced this and maybe a way to make it go away it hurts :(

I'm trying to picture this in my mind as I raise and lower my left arm. If a nerve is being pinched and causing the pain, can you stretch and relieve the pressure on the nerve? Have you ever had a dislocated shoulder, could it be slipping a bit at the joint? My right knee will feel like there is tissue caught in the joint sometimes, does it feel like that? The only thing I can do for my knee when that happens is bend it hard and pull my foot up in the back as high as possible. Can you grab something stationary with your left hand and pull back to relieve the pain? Can you tell that I try wierd things to relieve my pain!?!:lol:

nope doesnt help, and acually the pain has gotten worse to the point of were it hurts to tuch my muscle :( poopy its just one thing after another lately

Ow, I'm sorry. That is all I know about it.

i thought of a better way to explain it, its like when you get sick with the flue the soarness u get all around, well im not feeling sick but my left arm feels that way

Thats so weird cuz I had that same thing going awhile ago...it was my left arm too and it would pinch somewhere near my armpit. Especially if I raised my arm. I used to smoke and for some reason I think when I smoked it got worse. Its also related to food intolerances I think cuz it happened a couple weeks ago when I was having a bad reaction....it was the first time in like over a year that it happened. It would also pinch if I tilted my head to the left....like to stretch my neck muscles. It would pinch in my left underarm if I was looking down and strecthing my neck.

mines not that extreme(no neck related problems) but still hurts, dont think im having a reaction to anything as i feel better today then i have for a while (might just becasue im not as worried about things)

You might consider seeing your doc for this issue. If your muscle is sore to touch, your chest wall is in pain and it has been like this for awhile, you may be doing more damage to it by leaving it untreated. It could be nothing, but you may have a bone spur, muscle/tendon tear or something that has gotten loose within the shoulder structure. Tara

i talked to the doc about it and he says it sounds like i tore a muscle and to deal with it

If it feels like a pinched nerve sort of feeling, it could be your mylan sheath. Mine is damaged due to the years of gluten damage. The mylan sheath is the insulation around your nerves.

Hello, I was very stick,  with flu like symptoms, but my virus panel came back negative and we couldn’t figure out what’s going on. The doctor then added a celiac panel.  Has anyone ever had such a dramatic change?  What are the odds this is true celiac I am going to have an endoscopy, but it’s expensive and I just feel like why can’t the labs be enough?

Eating out in general is full of risks, but this article may help:

This kind of question is always difficult to give a definitive answer to because of so many variables. One such variable is the sensitivity of the individual celiac to small amounts of gluten cross contamination. An amount that causes a reaction in one celiac many not in another, or at least not be discernable which, of course, does not exactly equate to being "safe".

I don't live in the US, but based on this thread, I wouldn't risk it:   https://www.reddit.com/r/glutenfree/comments/1n2ehw8/cracker_barrel/   This app is helpful: https://www.findmeglutenfree.com/

I see that Cracker Barrel restaurants have a gluten free menu (not all locations, but one confirmed that they do). I was wondering if it is safe for my 5 year old son with celiac disease?
