You should be able to call the manufacturer and ask them. I don't know off the top of my head......hm...but I did hear a speaker recently that said that most tablets are made with potato starch or corn starch. But liquids could still have wheat starch. I would just call the 1-800 number on the box if I were you.

There are medication lists but if they are not name brand you should either call the manufacturer directly or call the pharmacy and they can find out or give you info on how you can find out.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.

Trader Joe's carries a good variety of affordable gluten-free foods like bagels, hamburger buns, pasta, etc. I like Franz Gluten Free bread, which is available at my local Costco. Food For Life and Little Northern Bakehouse (advertisers here) also make excellent gluten-free breads. Costco also sells gluten-free pizzas, crackers, gravy, etc.
