Tmg/methionine(amino Acids)

I have scanned articles that explain its benefits to the body and they are many. TMG is often associated with methionine and the reduction of homocysteine levels. TMG helps convert homocysteine into methionine. Methionine helps to detoxify the liver. I wish to obtain additional, accurate information about these two supplements to determine which may be right for me to take. I suspect that I will need long-term use of either one or maybe both of these products. In addition, all the facts in the world don't always tell you what YOU need to DO. So I am asking for your informed, experienced assistance in this matter. More specifically, I would love to hear from people that have taken different doses, short-term and long-term use, and people that have taken either of these supplements under the care of a Doctor.

Who then is a good candidate for TMG or Methionine? How should it be monitored and who shouldn't use this?

Methionine is an amino acid and an antioxidant. It is obtained from food sources such as, eggs, beans, garlic and yogurt. It helps to detoxify the liver.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye.
