Cinnamon Gum

I love cinnamon gum but recently just thought that maybe I should look into which is safe for me. Is any gum safe? I am only interested in cinnamon gum since peppermint/ wintergreen/ etc. all make my tummy feel weird.

Will need to pull out the information my dietician gave me -- I have a complete list of "safe" gums to chew -- will let you know as soon as I grab them. Going slowly since my last fall, so it might take a day . . .

My gluten-free product list for Denver has all denteyne, trident and big red as gluten-free. You still should read the label my list is about a year old.

I believe Orbit and extra are gluten free as well.
