Gluten In These Ingredients?

HI,

I'm still pretty new to all of this....does anyone see anything in this list that raises a red flag? I'm looking just for gluten, I don't seem to have any other food intolerances yet...

This is from the label for the vanilla custard mix

Milk, cream, sugar, nonfat dry milk,corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, egg yolks, guar gum, mono & diglycerides, cellulose gum, carrageenan, and dextrose

We also add additional vanilla extract to the vanilla custard.

It is a local Frozen Custard store.....Original East Coast Frozen Custard.

I love their frozen custard and they are open all year. I haven't gone since my dx, but I really, really want some. I just didn't want to get sick.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
