Hi,

This is my first post to this forum. I tried PM'ing you Leah, but it would not go through. If you are still making your flour mix list available, can you please let me know how to get it? Perhaps you can post instructions or PM those of us who request it?

Best regards,

John

The nearest cup/ml measures are:

1 cup = 237ml (people converting from imperial would use a 250ml measure)

3/4 cup = 177ml

2/3 cup = 158ml

1/2 cup = 118ml (people converting from imperial would use a 125ml measure)

1/3 cup = 79ml

1/4 cup = 59 ml

1/8 cup = 30 ml

1/16 cup = 15 ml

1 tbsp = 3 tsp = 15ml

(tbsp=tablespoon tsp=teaspoon)

Thank you LInda,

Nina

I tried to pm and got a message that your inbox was full. Do you have a flour blend that does not have rice or corn flour?

2Boys4Me Enthusiast

I haven't seen the original poster on here for quite a while. If you go here: Open Original Shared Link you'll find some flour blends. There are a couple w/o rice, but they have corn. I think corn can be replaced with arrowroot. I can't remember.

If anyone who wants the flour list will pm me their email I will forward what I got from Leah last year.

She hasn't been on here for quite some time.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
