Oscar Meyer is gluten free (always re-check the labels though, Kraft won't hide gluten). Hormel black label is gluten free also, that's my fave.

I love Oscar Meyer Center Cut. Boar's Head is a real treat but more expensive (delis usually carry it).

Im very sad to say that I got contamination from Hormel Black label bacon. I was eating it every weekend and started getting sick. I didnt know where the contamination came from so I cut out everything I was eating at the time. Just when I got over the contamination (3-4 weeks for me), I ate some bacon again, thinking it wasn't the bacon and bam! got the DH rash and sick all over again.

Im sad because I didnt want to give up nummy bacon.

Tsomo...now I dont trust any bacon..."bad bacon! made me sick"..hehe

This is so insane...... I'm fairly new to this wonderful new world of can't. I hate to sound negative but does it ever get better ??? I never even considered reading bacon incrediants. My stomach thanks you for the tip.

I am a big fan of Hormel's thick cut bacon.

They only sell it in the 2lb packages and its like $10, but it is by far the best bacon I have had...

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
