Was just wondering if there are any safe baked beans out there. I used to love bbq bake beans, would love to have them again.

Thanks,

Deanne

Most varities of Bush's baked beans are gluten-free. I'm sorry I can't remember the one that isn't. There's another thread on this topic if you do a search.

B&M baked beans are gluten free for sure, and I think that Bushes are as well.

I always add to canned beans: green peppers, onion, lea& perrine worch sauce, mustard, brown sugar and hot sauce....and bacon is a must.

There is a bush's or two that aren't gluten-free, but its clearly stated on the label. Don't remember which ones, but its pretty clearly in the ingredient list.

Bush's Boston, Maple Cured, Homestyle, Country, BBQ are gluten-free. I *think* their chili beans are the non-gluten-free ones. But like Elonwy said, you can tell from the label.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
