I was sitting here this morning watching a "how to clean your floor better commercial" in between the morning news and I thought to myself....wonder when we'll see a gluten-free commercial on tv?? <_<

Someone a while back posted w/ the topic "I wanna be the first to..." so i've decided I wanna be the first to either see or heck, be in a gluten-free commercial. :P

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

sorry to dissapoint you but I've already seen gluten free commercials on tv... one was for a breadless coated chicken that Publix carries and it said "GLUTEN FREE" loud and clear... I was dumbfounded... another one was on the food network... but if you mean for a product that is specifically only created to be gluten-free like Kinnikinick or The Gluten Free Pantry, then no haven't seen one of those...

I can't wait until I see an informational commercial about celiac. "If you have these symptoms, see your doctor." But right now, a lot of doctors are still uninformed and might just blink at you if you say celiac. I'm hoping that the NIH's campaign to educate doctors and other healthcare workers is going well. The grassroots information is sure spreading like wildfire...

I've actually seen the commercial on the food network too. It's the girl who blogs "glutenfreegirl" - and it's about a 30-45 second commercial.

I too would love to see a commercial for Kinnikinnick or Tinkyada or something like that!! =)

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
