I inadvertently threw this issue away....does anyone have copy of it?

In the beginning of mag there's a clothing advertisement of Christie Brinkley and I was saving photo of her hair style to show my beautician...if anyone has this issue could you scan the headshot part and email it to me?

Thanks.

Deb

I don't have it....maybe try hitting up the local library and scanning it there? Hope you get your hands on it, Deb.

I don't either--which is surprising considering how many magazines I've got here! Hope someone can help :)

I'll have to pop in library at end of week when I am off work. I hate it when I get the "bug" to throw old magazines and stuff away and then remember why I was keeping it AFTER I threw it away. I was tired of looking at my "clutter pile" and decided to throw old stuff out. About an hour after it went in dumpster I remembered why I wanted to keep it.

If I don't ever find photo it's not the end of the world.

Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute. If you are interested in summaries of scientific publications on the topic of oats and celiac disease, we have an entire category dedicated to it which is here: https://www.celiac.com/celiac-disease/oats-and-celiac-disease-are-they-gluten-free/
