BASE:

1/4 cup ........ melted butter

1/4 cup......... packed brown sugar

3 cups ......... White Cake crumbs (or shortbread crumbs)

CHEESECAKE:

2 ................. packages cream cheese, softened (8 oz)

1 cup ........... granulated sugar

2 tbsp .......... cornstarch

1 tsp ............ freshly squeezed lemon juice

4 ................. eggs

1 cup ........... milk

1. base: Combine butter, brown sugar, and cake crumbs ... mix well, and press into prepared pan (it suggest 10" springfoam, i used 9 x 13 regular)

2. cheesecake: beat the cream cheese until smooth (it says use mixer, i did it by hand lol) ... slowly add sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice. beat til light/fluffy ... add eggs, 1 at a time, beat well after each ... add in milk, then pour over base

3. bake in preheated oven (350 F) for 45-55 minutes or until the center is just set ... Let cool in oven for 30 minutes with the oven off ... refrigerate for about 3 hours

-- keeps for up to 2 days in the fridge

....

I havent eaten it yet, its still cooling lol

But i'm sure it'll be good :P

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
