Someone sent me a PM and has a full mailbox. Just wanted to let you know why I haven't answered. PM me again when you empty it and I'll get back to you.

I thought it said private and not unavailable! Mine used to be private, before I decided to include it.

Anyway, hope the person in question sees this--

Ah well if its says that the that preson set thier profile to block anyone from emailing them. Which is just a bit of paranoia if you ask me... but you didnt so I wont tell you that. :)

Hmm, I actually don't remember whether I did or not, I'll have to check!

Okay, mine says private, too. How do you change it so it's like yours is and allows an email to be sent without showing my email address?

Click My Controls then pick Email Settings and uncheck where it says Hide my email.....

Never mind, I figured it out. It looks like you're making it so they can view your email address, but they can't, they can just send you email through the board.

Yea. There are w few things about this board software that are labeled goofy, but its not Scott's fault, I use the same sofware on my forums and have the same goofy labels.

sorry a bit confused so I should take my B complex along with Objective Nutrients Thiamax for TTFD but what about a Benfotiamine to take. The Life extensions contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine together or im confusing myself. I am trying to see if I take Thiamax what should I take for Benfotiamine. Thanks EDITING after further research I see ones water soluble ones fat soluble. So I guess 100MG as you suggested of Life Extension contains Benfotiamine and Thiamine Hydrochloride. and the Objective Nutrients Thiamax contains TTFD.     would work for me.

I put on over 12kg by eating protein with every meal, 3 to 5 times a day. Eggs, Chicken, Tuna, Turkey etc. I stay away from too much red meat as it can be inflammatory. Scott is correct. I've come across a bunch of Coeliac PT's on Tiktok and Instagram. They all say the same thing, the key is getting enough protein and consistency.

It's great to hear that eliminating gluten has helped alleviate symptoms like eye burning, which is a significant and positive change. The first and most important step is to ensure you're consuming enough protein throughout the day to support muscle repair and growth, which can be challenging with a busy schedule. Since you're already physically active at work, adding focused strength training just 2-3 times per week can make a major difference. Bodyweight exercises like squats, push-ups (modified if needed), and lunges, or using resistance bands at home, are excellent, efficient places to start. Remember, consistency with these short sessions and prioritizing post-workout recovery, including good sleep and hydration, are just as crucial as the workouts themselves. It's a smart, gradual process at any age.
