I need to plan ahead and wondered which brand of candy corn and little pumpkins are gluten-free. Anybody know? Thanks, Christi

There was a thread awhile ago that said Target candy corn was gluten-free!

Blueberry Hill brand sold in Dollar General stores and at Dollar Tree is confirmed gluten-free.

:) Some more gluten-free Candy Corn/Harvest Blends - Farley's, Sather's, Target brand, Jelly Belly.

:( Brach's/Brock's is not.

Adding on because i have been looking for candy corn EVERYWHERE!!! I love the stuff. But this is actually about Brach's. Brach's ANYTHING is not safe AT ALL!!! Even the fruit snacks, although not labeled on the package contain something in there somewhere, so stay far far away from Brach's candy. Hope everyone finds some candy corn!

It sounds like you have a very reasonable GI doctor, who diagnosed you based on family history and symptoms after eating gluten. I would consider you lucky! The other option would be to make yourself very sick by doing weeks of a gluten challenge prior to an endoscopy.

Hi Colleen H,   I suffered with the pins and needles/burning feeling in my legs and feet for at least  6 years until my Nephrologist figured out that I had to go on a low salt diet.  He said my kidneys weren't strong enough to remove the salt.  The simple fix was a diuretic, but that med leaves the uric acid behind, so that wasn't an option.  On the bright side the low salt diet lowered my BP over 20 points and and the pins and needles/burning feeling went away.  Good Luck and hope this helps.

Yes this is very frustrating for me ... not sure what to think.  Feels like I'm having reactions to a lot of things  Now applesauce?? I don't understand 😞

I did ... But aren't we going to be vitamin deficienct if we are not eating due to being sick ?? If the food we eat is gluten free and we have other sensitivities , how do we get out of the cycle??  Thank you

Anyone else get pins and needles. ??? Burning feeling ? Heat makes it so much worse 😔  Winter is here.  I had to lower my thermostat because I couldn't take that hot air feeling 😔  Hopefully it goes away soon
