I take the hypoallergenic multi vitamins from Open Original Shared Link. If you aren't sure you can tolerate them, then order their trial size before you get the big containers. That way you can make sure you do well with them, before spending a lot of money.

I take Yummi Bears Multi-Vitamins. They are the only vitamin I have found that doesn't make me nauseas. They are free of yeast, wheat, milk, egg, soy, and gluten. They are expensive, but for me they're worth it.

My naturalpathic doctor suggested me to take IntorMax which is organic and glutten free. I get it from her so I am not sure where else to get it from. But I think it does wonders. When I first went to her I was so low on several nutrient and enziyms (sp?) that is what she wanted me on if it was ok with me. At my 4 month check all my vitamins and what not were all in the normal range. It has 415 things in it, it's a liquid and not bad tasting either, peach flavor.

That sounds really nice. But only if you aren't intolerant to salicylates, it would make me very ill. I am just throwing that out as a precaution, not to say that this isn't a great vitamin. I would love a liquid vitamin, as I don't do well taking pills. So, unless you can't tolerate herbs and juices, this one sounds like a good choice.

Hi Kathleen,

I have always had a very hard time taking vitamins. They all make me sick to my stomach - I think it was the B but what's a multi without the B vitamins? After much research, I decided to try Rainbow Light Women's One Multivitamin. It says right on the front label "gentle on the stomach" and it is!! It is gluten free and I only need to take one so I really like that part. I take it with my lunch which is the only meal that can be called a meal for me every day. The vitamin also contains the digestive enzymes protease, amylase, lipase and cellulase which I think helps my lunch digest and that's good too.

You can get them online from Lame Advertisement.com for about $12.00 (?) for a 90 day supply. Very good price for a quality multi-vitamin. And I can tell that I am taking a vitamin!! That's a first for me.

Good Luck and let us know what you do finally decide on and how it works for you.

I take the Multi-Vitamins (Nature's Resource?) from Costco. The one I have now is the Plus 50 (years old!) and has no iron. Iron constipates me.

I also take Vitamin Shoppe Multi's. Many of Vitamin Shoppe products (their own brand) say free from all kinds of things like yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy, soy, starch etc.

I haven't had a CC problem with eith of those brands.

\Franceen, if you look at what is listed on VS brand as free of, gluten is NOT THERE. My anibodies just got elevated after I switched to several VS supplements. Will change and see whether they were the source of trouble.

I found Nature Made For Her with calcium & iron at BJ's wholesale club. 220 tablets for $14.99 and it says gluten free right on the label! I take them before bed so they don't bother my stomach.

Why are so many gluten free items not safe for celiacs. I read labels all the time. I don’t know how many times they say that and are not safe for people who have celiacs. So confused. Help….
