I went to starbucks to ask about the mocha coffee they said it was ok,but if you ask well In Rohnert Park anyway they told me that the whip cream has carmel flavoring added to make it taste better. Is this true for all starbucks? Any thoughts on this?

All Starbucks drinks are fine except the frapps with chips.

Carmel color is okay in the US.

Starbucks told me that the whipped cream is milk and vanilla syrup(the same one they use in their lattes), which is gluten free.

That's actually what they told me, too. I think the vanilla syrup does have carmel color, but is still gluten-free.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
