Need A Good Pizza

DH's family has decided that to make Christmas Eve easier and quicker for everyone, they are ordering pizza for dinner instead of cooking. Easier for you, maybe! DD has never had pizza, but even at 1 I don't want her singled out and feeling leftout. Is there a decent gluten free pizza I can buy and cook for her?

I make my own crusts. They freeze really well and they reheat really well. I use Bette Hagman's Easy Pizza recipe from The Gluten Free Gourmet Cooks fast and Healthy. I cook the crust for 15-20 minutes before topping, then I top with sauce and cheese and bake for another 5-10 minutes. Very good. Very tasty.

try using foods by gearge pre made pizza or buy hi pizza crust and make your own, either way they taste great.

The crust from Whole Foods gluten free warehouse is really good.

i use the gluten free pantry french bread/ pizza mix. It's really good and the crust is like pizza hut's. I put EVOO on the crust and add oregano. And I put half the pizza in the freezer and it came out even better when I re-heated it. i added extra cheese and basil when I re-heated it.

If you're looking for something that's less labor intensive I would buy either Kinnickinnick frozen pizza crusts or Amy's pre-made gluten-free frozen pizza. If you go with Amy's make sure to add some extra toppings.

I've had the frozen pizza at Whole Foods and it was really good!

I didn't like the Whole Foods crusts.

I wouldn't trust Amy's since I have gotten glutened by them many times.

My favorite is the Comfy Cuisine frozen pizzas. Foods by George are ok, but the Comfy Cuisine pizzas are very cheesy. I cook them in a frying pan and they come out great.

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
