A lot of Mayo is gluten free, Hellmans and Dukes, are two of them. Vinegar is ok as long as it is not malt vinegar.

Ditto mamma goose - many many mayo's are safe. Almost all vinegars are safe as well.

Even grain vinegars are safe, as they are distilled. And most grain vinegars are not even wheat (Heinz white vinegar, for instance, is corn.) And, on top of that, in ingredient labels, there's a little law that requires anything listed as just "vinegar" to be cider vinegar, so it won't even be a grain vinegar.

Big salads make a nice vegetarian meal. I don't eat dressing nor does my daughter so I don't know which ones are gluten free. Another thing we often have is hummus served with raw veggies. Daughter uses gluten free crackers, breadsticks, pretzels, etc. to dip in it.

I've been making my own homemade mayonnaise since I'm allergic to soy and vinegar too. Don't know why I'm allergic to vinegar, it just makes me feel sick, more exhausted and spaced out mentally. Even apple cider vinegar, yet I can eat apples just fine, don't know why.

You can substitute lemon juice for any recipe calling for vinegar, doesn't taste lemony for some reason, tastes the same as the regular recipes.

I use the bottled concentrated lemon juice in place of vinegar. But the bottled juice has sulfite as a preservative in it, so watch out if you're allergic to sulfites. I do well with it myself.

I'll post my easy mayonnaise recipe here soon, about to fall asleep right now. It's a blender recipe, so easy, and delicious too.

I always joke "It tastes just like store-bought!" And it does. Delicious.

Best wishes All.

Here's the easy recipe for mayonnaise. It is an absolute must to follow the directions in the exact order as instructed for it to turn out.

I had added all the oil all at once, in a rush like I get, and my first batch stayed a liquid because you are supposed to add most of the oil drop by drop as the blender goes. Then it turns out perfecto!

I use corn oil myself. I always make a double batch and it blends up well and stores in the refrigerator very well just like store-bought does.

Blender Mayonnaise

1 cup vegetable oil

1 egg

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

3/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon hot water (added at the very last).

(And you can add 1 teaspoon sugar after the hot water is blended in, if you like a sweeter 'salad dressing').

1. Whiz 1/4 cup of the oil with the egg, lemon juice, dry mustard, and salt in blender for a few seconds.

2. Slowly drizzle the remaining 3/4 cup of oil into the mixture (through the top of the hatch) while the blender is running.

3. Finally, blend in the hot water slowly as the blender continues to run.

4. Then lastly blend in the sugar if you'd like.

5. Refrigerate.

I'm not a regular here, but I love making my own mayonnaise. A quick easy way is with a stick blender. I put an uncracked organic egg (best to use to avoid salmonella) in a pint size jar, add 2 tbsp lemon juice and/or vinegar, 1/2 tsp mustard, 1/2 tsp salt, pinch sugar, pinch white pepper, and 1 cup oil (I like to use olive oil and coconut oil). Then I put the stick blender in the jar holding it down for about 5 seconds, then lift up slowly. That's it! Takes less than a minute.

But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
