Hey people! Mom checked our mail today, and I finally got my letter from Saskatoon (the appointment that i've been waiting for since beginning of November). So my endoscopy is gonna be on February 21, 2 pm! :blink:

Yeah I know the test isnt hard, guess i just want it done with. I'll just keep this post and as the date gets closer bump it so that everyone remembers ;)

i had one done yesterday with a clonscopy they found a plopy and toke a buch of bipoies with both scopes and i have to wait 2 weeks for the reluts grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Its the other one I gotta eat gluten, but I start eating it the day of this endoscopy, ugh. (and yes, only ONE WEEK to go :ph34r: )....This one I just gotta not eat/drink after midnight.

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.

      Oats naturally contain a protein called avenin, which is similar to the gluten proteins found in wheat, barley, and rye. While avenin is generally considered safe for most people with celiac disease, some individuals, around 5-10% of celiacs, may also have sensitivity to avenin, leading to symptoms similar to gluten exposure. You may fall into this category, and eliminating them is the best way to figure this out. Some people substitute gluten-free quinoa flakes for oats if they want a hot cereal substitute.
