You guys should totally do these personality tests, I had to do them for my one class in college here. They're definitely interesting. 2 of them totally fit the description of me! Heres the few sites:

www.humanmetrics.com

www.teamtechnology.co.uk/mmdi-re/mmdi-re.htm

www.2h.com/personality-tests.html ... the noe titled "Do you hate it when someone..."

You guys should let me know your results

Haven't checked these out yet but I took the Meyer's Briggs for a job once and the results I got back was me to a T! So much so I still have the pages that describe my personality. It's amazing and very interesting. I wonder how they come up with these things. Sorry about your bad experience with the microwave.

Ashley Enthusiast

Ooo...I'm so tempted, but, my 4th block class is going to take the Meyer's Briggs test on the humanmetrics.com site one day in class next week. I'll post what I get when do it, I want to do it with my friends by ^_^

This is interesting. The one test said, that I'm ENFJ. I read the description. That one fit to a T.

In the second one I was an INTJ.

In both the first tests my personality type was ISTJ (Introvert Sensing Thinking Judging), follow this link for a detailed description of the ISTJ type Open Original Shared Link), and the third one it says I am a type B, with a 53%

The ISTJ personality type in both cases describes me perfectly.

stef-the-kicking-cuty Enthusiast

In the third one it said, I'm a type B as well. But I couldn't see the exact % anywhere.

In the first test I got "ENFJ - Extroverted Intuitive Feeling Judging".

Qualitative analysis of your type formula

You are:

moderately expressed extrovert

moderately expressed intuitive personality

distinctively expressed feeling personality

moderately expressed judging personality

In the first one I was INFJ (78% I, 25% N, 75% F, 11% J)

In the 2nd one I was ESFJ, which totally suits my description!

And in the 3rd one I was Type C (which also suits me). And clearly Type C isnt too popular because they dont even describe it in our textbook

I fear I may not have a personality so, I guess I may have to do the tests.

Carriefaith Enthusiast

In the second test I got ISFJ. I'm not sure what that stands for.

Michi8 Contributor

I got INFJ in both the first and second tests, and type B in the third. The only thing that surprises me about it is that I was an INFP when I did the Myers-Briggs test 13 years ago. I guess I've changed a bit as I've gotten older...I've certainly got very different responsibilities and more self-confidence now than I did then. :)

It stands for Introvert, Sensing, Feeling, Judging. If you want i'll explain each.

In the third test I got personality B. I'm not sure what that means.

What does your score mean?

You seem to have a Type B personality. Your personality draws characteristics from each of the other personality types, that is, Type A and Type C. Either you adjust your behavior depending on the situation, or you tend to be moderated in your attitudes. In any case, you are the most balanced of the three personality types.

Lets see...

Type Bs - rarely harried by the desire to obtain a wildly increasing number of things or participate in an endless growing series of events in an ever-decreasing amount of time

Type Bs

  • never suffer from a sense of time urgency with its accompanying impatience
  • feel no need to display or discuss either their achievements or accomplishments unless such exposure is demanded by the situation
  • play for fun and relation
  • can relax without guilt

Hope that helps ;)

Hmmm, that third one said I was a type C and could be lacking ambition. I don't buy it, I think the questions were screwed up. All those "ambition" type questions never gave you the option of "there's no point, I'm already better than everyone else"

hehehe..well I agree with me being a Type C. Maybe thats why they dont put it in the textbook, because we lack too much...so they cant find enough info

Welcome to the celiac.com communiuty, @Matthias! Yes, we have been aware that this can be an issue with mushrooms but as long as they are rinsed thoroughly it should not be a problem since the mushrooms don't actually incorporate the gluten into their cellular structure. For the same reason, one needs to be careful when buying aged cheeses and products containing yeast because of the fact that they are sometimes cultured on gluten-containing substrate.

The one kind of food I had been buying and eating without any worry for hidden gluten were unprocessed veggies. Well, yesterday I discovered yet another pitfall: cultivated mushrooms. I tried some new ones, Shimeji to be precise (used in many asian soup and rice dishes). Later, at home, I was taking a closer look at the product: the mushrooms were growing from a visible layer of shredded cereals that had not been removed. After a quick web research I learned that these mushrooms are commonly cultivated on a cereal-based medium like wheat bran. I hope that info his helpful to someone.

I might suggest you consider buckwheat groats. https://www.amazon.com/Anthonys-Organic-Hulled-Buckwheat-Groats/dp/B0D15QDVW7/ref=sr_1_4_pp?crid=GOFG11A8ZUMU&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.bk-hCrXgLpHqKS8QJnfKJLKbKzm2BS9tIFv3P9HjJ5swL1-02C3V819UZ845_kAwnxTUM8Qa69hKl0DfHAucO827k_rh7ZclIOPtAA9KjvEEYtaeUV06FJQyCoi5dwcfXRt8dx3cJ6ctEn2VIPaaFd0nOye2TkASgSRtdtKgvXEEXknFVYURBjXen1Nc7EtAlJyJbU8EhB89ElCGFPRavEQkTFHv9V2Zh1EMAPRno7UajBpLCQ-1JfC5jKUyzfgsf7jN5L6yfZSgjhnwEbg6KKwWrKeghga8W_CAhEEw9N0.eDBrhYWsjgEFud6ZE03iun0-AEaGfNS1q4ILLjZz7Fs&dib_tag=se&keywords=buckwheat%2Bgroats&qid=1769980587&s=grocery&sprefix=buchwheat%2Bgroats%2Cgrocery%2C249&sr=1-4&th=1 Takes about 10 minutes to cook. Incidentally, I don't like quinoa either. Reminds me and smells to me like wet grass seed. When its not washed before cooking it makes me ill because of saponins in the seed coat. Yes, it can be difficult to get much dietary calcium without dairy. But in many cases, it's not the amount of calcium in the diet that is the problem but the poor uptake of it. And too much calcium supplementation can interfere with the absorption of vitamins and minerals in general because it raises gut pH.

What you’re describing really does not read like typical IBS-D. The dramatic, rapid normalization of stool frequency and form after removing wheat, along with improved tolerance of legumes and plant foods, is a classic pattern seen in gluten-driven disease rather than functional IBS. IBS usually worsens with fiber and beans, not improves. The fact that you carry HLA-DQ2.2 means celiac disease is absolutely possible, even if it’s less common than DQ2.5, and many people with DQ2.2 present later and are under-diagnosed. Your hesitation to reintroduce gluten is completely understandable — quality of life matters — and many people in your position choose to remain strictly gluten-free and treat it as medically necessary even without formal biopsy confirmation. If and when you’re ready, a physician can help you weigh options like limited gluten challenge, serology history, or documentation as “probable celiac.” What’s clear is that this wasn’t just random IBS — you identified the trigger, and your body has been very consistent in its response.
