Does cottonbcandy contain gluten? I had some on the weekend and was miserable all day yesterday and feel like crap today.

Is it the color?

cotton candy is usually okay. Both my kids have it once a year at the Stampede, but they share one "cone" as it is so sweet that they dont want it all. The dye in the coloring may be a problem for some as many people have problems with the food dye.

Cotton candy is spun sugar and coloring, which I've never found to have gluten.

I have a cotton candy machine at my house and I just checked the box and it is just sugar, suagr. No wheats, but too much sugar does sometimes bother people.

      I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?

      Shingles is dormant and related to chicken pox when one has had in the past.Shingles comes out when stress is heightened.I had my 3rd Shingles in 2023.
