I make a dish that used to call for Campbells Cream of Mushroom but is one of DH's favs. I found a cream of mushroom soup that I think actually tastes BETTER than the old stuff I was using! It's called Creamy Portobello Mushroom Soup by Imagine (I found it at Whole Foods). The soup is Gluten free and Dairy free but does contain soy. They have several other flavors as well but not sure on the gluten-free status. The soup was very thick (something I've found to be lacking in the gluten-free and organic/natural brands) and had lots of taste. If you are a cream soup/mushroom fan this would be a good soup to eat on it's own also.

yes, i agree the portobello soup is pretty good. i have also heard that progresso's cream of mushroom soup is gluten-free and good, though i haven't tried it yet, as they don't stock it in my grocery store :P

      Hello, no I had to have them re done and then used a liner over the top.  Many dentists are not aware of the celiac effects.  Best of luck.   There is other material, yet, very expensive.

      He is not just a psychiatrist.  He is also a neuroscientist.  And yes, I have already read those studies.   I agree with benfotiamine.  This is short term while glutened/inflammation occurs.  As I had already mentioned, these symptoms no longer exist when this phase passes.  And yes, I know that celiac is a disease of malnutrition.  We are working with a naturopath.
