I am so nervous, it has been 2 weeks since i did the entrolab testing. I keep checking my mail to see if i have the results. I kinda want to see what they say, but im afraid about the casein test, i dont know if i can give up cheese lol. Giving up gluten has not been that hard but to give up cheese, might be the hardest thing i have ever done.

When you all got ur results about what time of the day was it.

With my luck i wont get them back til closer to the 3 week mark lol

I found out mid-afternoon, a little over two weeks later.

I got mine in a little over 2 weeks, late afternoon/early evening.

Same for me, a little over 2 weeks, but don't remember time of day. I agree, giving up dairy (especially cheese) was harder for me than gluten, but it can be done.

Early afternoon, Pacific time.

You don't say what tests you had done, but I'm guessing you will be positve for antibodies, especially if you are having symptoms. If you had the gene tests done, great...it will either exclude Celiac or

not. Most everyone will have at least one Gluten Sensitive gene marker....

In my case Enterolab "diagnosed" gluten sensitivity...the gene test excluded Celiac and blood tests from my doc also excluded Celiac.

IMO the best test is the gluten-free diet. Although for me it's nice to know I don't have the Celiac gene, it doesn't buy me a whole lot. I still get sick when I eat it and no amount of testing is going to change that. j

I did the complete test. I will be surprised if i dont have the celiac gene. But either way i will not go back to gluten. I am feeling pretty good for the most part.

Since i am the same time zone as texas, i guess mine can be here at any time of the day.

I got them in the afternoon, central time. It came in an email which was a good thing. I didn't realize it was my result so I happily opened it up to find out I was NOT casein intolerant. If it had come in the mail I probably would have left it sealed on the counter for a week before getting the up courage to open it.

Well today was not the day, maybe tommorow, i guess i will have to keep waiting and driving my family crazy. I would be so happy if i came back not casein intolerant. I am not sure what i would do lol

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
