I guess it's about the dairy - the butter, really - sour cream, cottage cheese - you know - all the stuff I like. At the same time, it's about a couple other things. I'm just bummed again. It's about the fact that MSG is in everything, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Hydrogenated / Partially Hydrogenated fats - I miss eating only whole foods, but it's a lot to cook all the time, and cleaning - geez - clean the veggies, clean the kitchen, clean the dishes

I go through similar periods, too. I like to think of myself as a "glass 1/2 full" person, but I still have my days....

I think it's good to get these things off your chest--I think you'll find that you're not alone at all! Hopefully, that will help.

You need to work on perspective and acceptance. I do it all naturally with three children. Granted, they can assist in loading dishes, unloading, rinsing vegetables.. At the end of each day, I take so much pride in evalutaing what we ate. If I were to try and dismiss a few neurotoxins here or there, some caseomophins in the dairy we were to eat, the pesticides, the heart clogging oils... well, I would sleep far worse than I do now. Congratulations on doing the hard work. Until 100 years ago, all of humanity did "the hard work". We can do it again!

Hawkfire, if you see this, just wanted to say Kudos ! You're right, of course - acceptance is the problem mostly. I've been working on that.

      They may want to also eliminate other possible causes for your symptoms/issues and are doing additional tests.  Here is info about blood tests for celiac disease--if positive an endoscopy where biopsies of your intestinal villi are taken to confirm is the typical follow up.

      In the Europe the new protocol for making a celiac disease diagnosis in children is if their tTg-IgA (tissue transglutaminase IgA) levels are 10 times or above the positive level for celiac disease--and you are above that level. According to the latest research, if the blood test results are at certain high levels that range between 5-10 times the reference range for a positive celiac disease diagnosis, it may not be necessary to confirm the results using an endoscopy/biopsy: Blood Test Alone Can Diagnose Celiac Disease in Most Children and Adults TGA-IgA at or Above Five Times Normal Limit in Kids Indicates Celiac Disease in Nearly All Cases No More Biopsies to Diagnose Celiac Disease in Children! May I ask why you've had so many past tTg-IgA tests done, and many of them seem to have been done 3 times during short time intervals?

      @JettaGirl, "Coeliac" is the British spelling of "celiac". Same disease.

      This may sound ridiculous but is this supposed to say Celiacs? I looked up Coeliacs because you never know, there’s a lot of diseases related to a disease that they come up with similar names for. It’s probably meant to say Celiacs but I just wanted to confirm.

      I was told it was to see how much damage has been caused. But just told CT with contrast not any other name for it.
