Here's a Japanese recipie DH translated for me. I made it for supper tonight and it was good! Head out to your asian market and enjoy!

Harusame (Ha roo sah may, with a rolled r)

mine came with 3 individual packages of 30g each

Soak for 3-5 min., 60g harusame in water that has been brought to a boil and removed from the heat. Drain and set aside.

Saute 1/2 of a large carrot that has been cut into very thin matchsticks and a small handful of fresh greenbeans that have been cut french style(or snowpeas) in 1Tb. dark sesame oil until crisp soft but not browned.

Saute 1/4 pound lean ground beef. When it is halfway done, add 2 Tb. soysauce that has been mixed with 2 tsp. sugar.

Add veg to the beef when it is done. Then add harusame to the veg skillet to mop up the residual sesame oil, then add it to the beef. Add *coarsely ground sesame seeds(about 1 Tb.) Serve

* I grind the sesame seeds because I'm still having a hard time digesting them whole.

At some point, you need to break or cut the harusame as they are VERY long.

As a main dish, serves 1 hearty appetite or 2 light eaters.

As a side, makes 4 small sevings.

Is good fresh or as a room temp. lunchbox dish. Serve with a light broth soup and a salad for a simple light meal.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
