I read somewhere that mustard was not gluten-free...what about Dijon mustard or dry mustard?

Thanks!

Some are, some aren't. Coleman's english prepared hot mustard contains wheat. Their powdered mustard does not. You will sometimes see "mustard flour" which is flour made from mustard seed and thus gluten-free. You have to read the labels.

Annie's Naturals has a yummy honey mustard.

You do have to check them out but virtually all mustards are gluten-free. I've heard of only a couple that aren't.

French's is gluten-free.

I worry about mustard not because of the ingredients, but because I don't trust the people in my house (or in a restraunt, etc.) not to stick a knife iin the jar, scrape it along their sandwich bread and then double dip. to combat this, I stick to sqeezy bottles.

I find it easier to buy the mustard in the squeeze bottle. You might still have to teach your housemates not to let the tip of the bottle touch the bread, but it makes for less risk of contamination.

We use French's.

This doesn't answer your question but I'm not sure if you know that this intolerance is passed down from mother to child through Cord blood and or breast milk.

I’m having this type of MRI this afternoon,  What specifically do you want to know?  From what I’ve read, not all facilities use the same drink prep.

Hi I've been told I need a MRI on my bowels , I was booked for a colonoscopy, but because of my sever back issues and trapped nerve it can't be done , the nurse told me I will have to have a manitol drink a hour before the scan , I'm just a bit worried has I have issues with sweeteners like even a little,  I get a weird throat and ears and I've read it is a similar substance , not sure if anyone has had one of these scans or could give me some advise on the drink prep thanks in advance 😄

Hi all ! Can a celiac attack be so intense that it causes your entire body to work in reverse? Meaning really bad pain,  neuropathy and muscle,  jaw pain,  the stomach issues , Horrible anxiety and confusion??  I had a Tums and you would think I ate poison. My jaw and stomach did not like it . Not the norm for me. Things that are simple are just out of control. Anyone ever have this happen??  I'm trying to figure out what I ate or did to bring on a celiac like attack. I had an idea before but yesterday I didn't have any gluten unless it was in a medication ?! Any positive suggestions ??  Thank you
