Easy Sandwich Bread Recipes

I just reciently moved into my college dorm. The college allowed me to have a bread machine to make my own bread since we dont have any Whole Foods or anything close by. I need an easy recipe for sandwich bread. We only have a small Kroger and HEB close by, so it cant have alot of random ingredients. I have gluten free baking mix and flour that I bought before I came to college and am only allergic to gluten (I can have milk, soy, etc.) Does anyone have any recipes?

If you are making this in a dorm, I think the easiest thing to use would be bread mixes. The only one I ever tried was Anna's, but they are awesome. Any additional ingredients you need to add to the mix can be found at any supermarket.

You only need the bread machine for the sandwich type breads. If you want to try some of the flavored ones like banana or pumpkin (which are also incredible), you can just use the oven, if there is one in a common area somewhere.

Also, not sure where you are going to school, but if you want awesome pre-made bread, you should see if there is any way of ordering from The Grainless Baker or maybe there is a store in your area that carries their products. (they seem to mostly be sold in NY, NJ, CT and PA). But they do ship (not in the summer months). My favorite products from them are the mock rye bread and the graham crackers.
