was glutened over the weeked and then had some sort of allergic reaction and DH rash... doc gave me a cortisone shot yesterday to help with itching and other things. Today, It BURNS when I go to the bathroom... is this maybe seperate or part of being Glutened? Going back to the doc today... but the more I know b/f I go seems to help the doc.

Before going gluten-free I sometimes had that burning. No idea what circumstances led to it.

When I get a good glutening I get this also. I have DH and the passing of my urine and my feces will cause DH sores in those areas. For me it makes peeing painful and my rear end very itchy and swollen. I haven't found anything that relieves this except time and the clearance of the gluten antibodies. Drinking a lot of water helps a little bit if I know I have been glutened before the sores show up it seems to lessen them.

      Thanks rmj when I first rang up it was we can't do it without , but I talked to a lovely lady and she sorted it all out for me, so it pays to be persistent , I would have had to decline if I hadn't been given the water option too , so yes I'm glad too 😌

      Had my MRI today I didn't have to have the manitol with my allergy's , I just had a litre of water , they were great with my concerns , so let's see if anything comes of if will keep posted once I have results 👍

      Thank you ,it’s been a long road for me for having both now ,what upsets the most is that if they discovered that I also have cealiac earlier I would not have injested gluten if I was aware. Double whammy.
