I make the best mac n cheese, it's really good.

there's not much to say

boil noodles into water until ready

now when its done u put the noodles in a strainer and run COLD water through them then put the noodles back into a pot with the heat now on 1 or 2

melt VELVEETA cheese on them and stir a little (not too much or will break noodles) until its melted in all the way.

i put a lot of cheese in.

try it if u want, its my favorite gluten-free food. enjoy

I love Mac n cheese....even though I make it simply using Tinkyada rice noodles and the cheese packet from Kraft.....I'm not too sophisticated when it comes to cooking :) so I love to be able to dump powders and mixes...lol.

my friend tells me that kraft cheese is usually contaminated

MySuicidalTurtle Enthusiast

I don't use packets like that anymore for crosscontamination risks. It's all up tot he person, though.

glix,

Has the friend been contaminated by Kraft M&C sauce and did she just hear that somewhere? I ask because I know numerous sensitive people with celiac who use it with no problems. I don't use it but only because I'd rather have the real thing with real extra sharp cheddar.

He said he had stomach problems from it

This is the first complaint I've heard about it. Everybody else I know who uses it has been fine. I'm not saying his couldn't have been contaminated (or it could have been something else), but one incident doesn't support the statement that its "usually contaminated."

There's always a chance, I guess, if it's in the same box as the noodles, but I wash my hands after handling the cheese packets.......first complaint i've heard, too. Right now i'm trying to figure out how to get the cheese packets alone...sending e-mails.

There's a place called americanspice.com that has powdered cheese of many kinds. You'd need to check about the "modified food starch" listed as an ingredient, though. I used to buy stuff here; the prices are good and the quality is too....

velvetta has been good for me, 100% confirmed as gluten-free

(sealed yellow plastic box and the actual thing looks like a square of butter)

^that you cut into cubes and melt on the noodles

But M&M's contain milk, and would not be at all like a Tootsie Roll.

I appreciate you validating me because medical is an issue and it's not ok at all they they do this. Some days I just want to call the news media and just call out these doctors especially when they are supposed to be specialist Downplaying when gluten-free when they should know gluten-free is false negative. Now dealing with other issues and still crickets for disability because I show no signs of celiac BECAUSE IM GLUTENFREE! Actively dealing with sibo and skin issues.Depression is the key because thats all they know, im depressed because medical has caused it because of my celiac and related issues. I should have never ever been employed as a bus driver. After 3 years still healing and ZERO income desperately trying to get better but no careteam for celiac other than stay away frim wheat! Now im having care because my head is affected either ms or meningioma in go in tomorrow again for more scans.I know im slowly dying and im looking like a disability chaser

M&M Peanuts. About the same calories and sugar while M&M Peanuts have fiber, potassium, iron and protein that Tootsie Rolls ("We are currently producing more than 50 million Tootsie Rolls each day.") don't. Click the links to compare nutritional values.  Both are made with sugar, not high fructose corn syrup.  I use them as a gluten free substitute for a peanut butter sandwich.  Try her on grass fed, pasture fed milk. While I get heartburn at night from commercial dairy milk, I do not from 'grassmilk'.

I see it everyday on my feeds.  They go out and buy gluten-free processed products and wonder why they can't heal their guts.  I don't think they take it as a serious immune disease. They pick up things off the internet which is so far out in left field.  Some days I would just like to scream.  So much better when we had support groups and being able to teach them properly. I just had an EMA blood test because I haven't had one since my Doctor moved away.  Got test results today, doctor ordered a D3 vitamin test.  Now you know what  type of doctors we have.  Now I will have to pay for this test because she just tested my D3 end of December, and still have no idea about my EMA.
