i have been eating something wrong i think...

it might be Valley Fresh chicken which comes in a can. i have been eating the white and dark meat combination can. anyone ever have problems with this product. i thought it was regular chicken so i switched to organic, breasts and all; but something still is not right here. it's hard to pinpoint when it is one thing that screws evrything else up.

i eat fresh vegetables; very little places i could be getting either gluten or something else bothering. i was not too bad and getting good in fact now i can't get back. i eat fresh seafood and canned tuna and canned salmon at times. the tuna has no soy or nothing else. salmon is just salmon and salt. contemplating orgainc veggies too, a switch that is, but i have had such great success with them i'm leaning towards one of my meats.

could i have a chikcen allergy? a meat allergy? could anyone offer some insight. i can't get past meat and veggies stage, can't get to a point to try things that is, keeping running into these roadblocks.

I eat Valley Fresh all the time with no problem and I have a problem with a lot of chicken and chicken broth. But you might want to check out the chicken allergy or intolerance idea.

i'm not sure what is going on here then. had a bad week with my bladder all flared up again. seem to start last weekend, maybe further and thought it was the regular chicken or this turkey; both should be ok save for the fact they are not organic. then after a really bad week saturday i wake up all red like i been glutened!! terrible irritated day, went to the bathroom alot and felt good as the day went on; and sunday here still out of sorts, my armpits are burning (deoderant is fine), knot in my right side high hip, tired and groggy, still feel annoyed and i can't imagine where it came from; i realize this could be a week in the making and just now rearing it sugly head, but man...i have not the faintest clue. i'm stumped i feel like i need a whole new wardrobe of food!! i need plain meats too and not alot of my whole food stores carry anything that has not been seasoned or spiced. all that i got is chicken breasts and i am terrified of of the bird. i'm not so sure that salmon is working either. i just keep hoping that it is one thing screwing up evrything else--but i cannot figure it out.

There are other Celiac genes. HLA DQ 2 and HLA DQ 8 show up in people from Northern European descent.   People of Mediterranean descent have HLA DQ 7.  People of Asian descent have HLA DQ 9.   There's other Indigenous populations that have other HLA genes that code for Celiac disease.   Are you still having symptoms?   What do you include in your diet?  Are you vegetarian? Are you taking any prescription medication?  Omeprazole?  Metformin?   Do you have anemia?  Thyroid problems? Are you taking any vitamins or herbal supplements?

There are eight essential B vitamins.  They are all water soluble.  Any excess of B vitamins is easily excreted by the kidneys.   Thiamine is Vitamin B 1.  Thiamine is safe and nontoxic even in high doses.  Benfotiamine and TTFD are forms of Thiamine that the body can utilize very easily.   The form of Thiamine in the supplements you mentioned is Thiamine Mononitrate, a form that the body does not absorb well and does not utilize well.  Only about thirty percent of the amount on the label is actually absorbed in the small intestine.  Less than that can actually be used by the body.  Manufacturers add thiamine mononitrate to their products because it's cheap and shelf-stable.  Thiamine and other B vitamins break down when exposed to light and heat and over time.  Thiamine Mononitrate is a form that does not break down over time sitting on a shelf waiting for someone to buy them.  What makes Thiamine Mononitrate shelf stable makes it difficult for the body to turn into a useable form.  In fact, it takes more thiamine to turn it into a useable form.   Gastrointestinal Beriberi is a localized shortage of Thiamine in the gastrointestinal tract.  High carbohydrate meals can result in gastrointestinal symptoms of Gastric Beriberi.  Fiber is a type of carbohydrate.  So, high fiber/carbohydrate snacks could trigger Gastric Beriberi.   Since blood tests for Thiamine and other B vitamins are so inaccurate, the World Health Organization recommends trying Thiamine and looking for health improvement because it's safe and nontoxic.
