Help With Lab Results- 2 1/2 Year Old Son

Can someone help me interperet the following....I'm wondering if a biopsy and another 3-4 weeks of feeding my son glutin is required.

Lab results for son (2 yrs 8 months):

Anti- tTG IgA 24.4 U/ml

Anti- Gliadin IgA 2.6 U/ml

Anti-Gliadin IgG 64.4 U/ml

My son is pale, underweight 26.5 lbs, < 40% height 36", low iron, picky eater and has recently become more irritable/demanding (terrible twos?). He was a good sized baby at nearly 9 lbs and 19.5 inches.

Do I need to put him through more grief ( ie continue with glutin in diet) to wait for a biopsy that may take 3-4 more weeks to confirm celiac to 100%?

All his organs are working fine regarding his failure to thrive.

I'd like to help him now, but do not want a false negative on biopsy/endoscopy

That is a tough call, knowing what i know now, I would wait for the biopsy, if u can get in within the month. That way you know for sure it is celiac(even tho with those results im postiive it is) and make sure there is nothing else going on inside.

What does your dr say do to?

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
