i have been suffering with abdo pain especially after eating and loose yellowy coloured stools for the past two weeks and after searching online found these symptoms could possibly be coeliac( also liver, gallbladder probs were mentioned) has anyone here suffered with yellowy poop and could it possibly be coeliac disease? I have ulcerative colitis also so i dont know how common it is to suffer with both???!! Any help/advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Having UC with celiac is certainly not unheard of. In some of us celiac causes this. Has your doctor tested for celiac? If you want doctor confirmation call and check if he has done the blood work and ask him to order it if he hasn't. Many will want to do a endo for confirmation although the test can rule it in but not rule it out, read false negatives there. For testing you need to be actively consuming the toxin so don't eliminate it if you want a doctor derived diagnosis. But if they say the tests are negative do try the diet anyway as those tests are not really all that reliable.

If having an 'official' diagnosis is not something you require, or if you have had the tests and they were negative you have nothing to lose but your pain from trying the diet.

Read as much as you can here and ask any questions you need to. You have found a great place for information and support. Welcome.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
