Does Anyone Else Have These Symptoms?

I have had every digit on my hands spontaneously burst a blood vessel. It feels like a bee sting, then my finger swells up and turns a lovely shade of blue. I just thought it was my non functional body (I think I was put together with faulty parts lol) just doing it's regular unexplainable weirdness. But yesterday at a Eat Icecream For Breakfast party (whoa is me I ate an apple instead) I met a woman with celiac who told me that was one of her symptoms (I hadn't told her at this point that I was having this problem). Anyone else have this happen?

I've heard a number of you talk about itching. I thought I was having allergy problems and have been taking antihistimines but after reading about others itching stopped taking them and my itching is starting to lessen now that I'm off gluten completely. I don't get a rash, although I do occasionally get this little bumps on the back of my knees and the inside of my elbow that get extremely itch. Otherwise there is nothing visible just extreme itching. (when I went off wheat years ago before I suspected celiac I was amazed and delighted to have my eczema go away - I had been suffering with it all my life and the doctors couldn't find a cause for it).

Any other weird body stuff happening out there in cyberspace?

The blue hands thing reminds me of something called Raynaud's Phenomenon, but it has been found that supplements can resolve it. I've read magnesium, zinc, vitamin E, niacin, and a few other things can work wonders. Perhaps the links below will be of help to you.

The rash sounds like Open Original Shared Link. That forum should help you with that.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
