im so happy i finally found some spices and dressing mixes and even a bbq rub that is gluten and soy free. it drives me nuts how so much of this stuff is packed with garbage when you buy it out of the grocery store. its all really tasty and you can mix it with what ever you want. i decided to become a rep just so i could get a discount, my family really likes it to. i am no longer going to by prepared salad dressings as now i can make my own with my gluten/soy free mayo and sour cream.

if any one wants any info on the products please message me,

have a great day!

Seeing as you are a rep, do you know if all Epicure products are gluten free? I have quite a few of their spices and dips and haven't used them since my dd was diagnosed.

Thanks for your help.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
