Don't remember seeing a recipe anywhere for gluten-free panini bread. Anyone have one? (If it's been posted already, I apologize!)

I don't have a specific panini bread but what about trying a gluten-free French Bread recipe. I made the one out of Living Without Oct/Nov 08 issue and I think it could work. I wouldn't try to cut into the bread until it is completely cooled, as the potato flour makes it quite sticky while it is warm. I have to try and adapt the recipe as potatoes (and all the other nightshades) and not liking each other much.

I think Chebe would make a good Panini. The Pizza crust mix.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
