Jam

I am looking for a good jam that DS can have that is for certain gluten-free. I don't like using one with sugar or splenda. DS has a horrible reaction to sugar. So would like it to be sweetened with agave or some other natural sweetener that is not full of chemicals. Any ideas?

We use Crofter's. It's really good.

I use Polaner All Fruit. It is sweetened with fruit and fruit juices and even says "gluten-free" on the label. :)

We use Smucker's Simply Fruit. From Walmart.

Ingredients: Fruit Syrup, red raspberries (or other flavors-blackberry, strawberry, blueberry, etc.), lemon juice concentrate, fruit pectin, natural flavors.

Seedless Blackberry is my favorite.

I also get the Smucker's Simply Fruit. I love the Strawberry one. The Red Raspberry one is great too.

We get the Whole Foods store brand jams, they're lower in sugar than others and cheap and gluten-free and only sweetend with grape juice. In the summer I make my own blueberry jam fresh, it keeps pretty well in the fridge. If you do pick-your-own fruits it's a lot cheaper than at the store.

Someone posted awhile back that they just put berries on the sandwich...we tried it last July with wild blackberries...no additives and good. Mash with a fork first if you like. Good to do during berry season. Try it with a fresh peach???

Your response on this matter is what I expect. You’ve had a similar episode years ago, but this one is lasting longer!

I'd like to clarify: Is the pain you describe in the area just below your chest constant, or does it only appear when you start moving?
