Wow. That sounds great! You were so spoiled! . It's wonderful that more places are offering us options. I'm not an amusement park person but one of them in our area has started offering quite a few options. It's nice to know that I could take my kiddo.

Yes, I'm shouting! WE LOVE DISNEY.................

Glad you also had a great time. I don't know of a better palce to go on vacation & enjoy worry free gluten-free dining!

We ate a different laces than you did but I can tell you we al gained ten pounds!

I would say our fav was Boma at Animal Kingdom. TJ was our chef & he was terrific. But again he also is to blame for our weight gain.........! Oh Hum.......

I would go to Disney over & over just for the food if I could. In fact when my husband retires we may work there for the summer !!!! Friends of ours do that every year.

That sounds fantastic! I really want to go!

Someone I know (also a celiac) said the pizza kitchen under Space Mountain has a dedicated section for making gluten-free pizza. Did you get to try that at all?

I never heard of a pizza kitchen under Space Mountain. I think that the Liberty Inn at the American Adventure in the World Showcase at Epcot made my pizza in a dedicated oven in their kitchen downstairs? Maybe that's what they were referring to. It was Amy's cheese pizza, followed by a delicious Gluten-free brownie. Aahh, life was very good that day!

Oh my! That sounds great! We are contemplating our next vacation to be at WDW. How do you find out about the dining plans, etc? Do you think that they could work with my dd's extensive list?

We just got back as well and they worked with all our needs as long as we told them what they were! They took it seriously and were very HAPPY to make it a happy place for our little guy. The info on the dining plans is online or you can call! Make reservations ahead of time and it is easier! My son thought he had died and gone to heaven when he saw pizza somewhere other than home! Gluten free brownies were available anywhere as long as we let them know in advance. We just had the basic dining plan and it was great!

BTW, we've done other articles on this topic that I wanted to share here (not to condone smoking!):

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?
