Does anyone know if the grilled chicken fruit salad at O'Charleys is gluten free? It sounds good. I think its called California Salad.

Here's the allergen page from their website Open Original Shared Link. If you don't get your answer here, combine the info. there with questions that you ask of the manager. I dined there once and the waitress said that it was the cleanest and most organized place that she had worked for and that they separte their ingredients well. That can vary with location sometimes but I think some things were policy so should be in place at other locations. I told her I needed special care and she brought the manager over and I placed my order with him and he supervised my food until it get to the table.

I have eaten this salad at O'Charley's with no problem. I do skip the blue cheese though.

Thanks for the responses. I think I will try it.

@StuartJ, what brand of gluten-free flour did she use?

Congrats! Can you share the recipe? We just picked up a bread maker from an estate sale and are experimenting.
