A little over a month ago Jackson was in 18 month clothes and his 24 month shirts covered his hands and were dragging the floor. Today he has gained almost 1 pound off gluten and his 18 month pants are way to short, some of 24 month shirts barely hit his wrist and the pants are barely long enough. If I had to guess I would say since I pulled him off gluten he has grown an inch if not more.

I am so happy but also worried because I really don't think his winter clothes are going to last all winter!!

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
