I just went on the Honeybaked website and found this in their questions/answers page:

Do your hams or turkey breast contain glutens?

We have reformulated our glaze to be considered free of allergens. This means our hams and turkey breasts DO NOT contain glutens.

Woo-HOOOOOOOOO! I just reserved my turkey breasts for Turkey Day!!!!

Yay! You just made my day. We love to get a ham from Honeybaked Ham Co. for Christmas! I've always had to something different for Carleigh every year.

Thank you! My family id trying hard to have gluten-free foods for me for the holidays. I got the allergen-free answer but not the definite gluten free part. I now feel more confident to eat it.

I had E-mailed to see if the hams purchased in Connecticut or on-line were gluten free and received this response. This was for Easter 2009.

Dear Chris,

Thank you for your inquiry. All our hams are gluten free in

the retail stores and our shipping facility.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
