Need A Laugh?

OK, I know it's mean to laugh at the stupidity of others, but this was too good to not share with others. I follow a UK based board as well as the one here, and I literally ROTFL at this person's posting:

Open Original Shared Link

Even at the beginning of everything I _knew_ I couldn't get this from DH, even with the most intimate of contact. And that was way back when DH was just DB (darling boyfriend). Anyways, after LOL and having DH ask, 'What are you doing?' I figured I had to share it with other people who might laugh as much as I did.

I chose to put this here, as I think it's the best fit (this is about some celiac's special someone). If it's in the wrong place, please move it where it's needed.

ETA- it seems the UK board pulled the posting, as I paraphrase below, a celiac's very new girlfriend asks if condoms are enough to keep her from getting celiac. Sorry for the dead link.

well, at least she asked instead of just assuming

Truthfully, I don't think this is a stupid question at all. Over the years, we've had people come here and ask if Celiac is affected by bodily fluids in sexual situations. There are actually some good discussions that came about because of it. A quick search should bring them up if you're interested. :)

Before my diagnosis, I had never heard of Celiac. And because the word "disease" is tacked on to the end of it, it sounds scary. How is someone to know, and to get information unless they ask? Yes, at least she asked before running down the street in fright without any information.

All very good points, I guess I was just used to seeing DB so scrawny and ill and then found out that it's a food intolerance (autoimmune disorder) that I never even thought about it being sexually transmitted. BTW, I've noticed that they've removed the posting on the board, so the link may now be dead, but to any late comers, the question was asked if celiac could be sexually transmitted. I know a LOT of my giggles were due to the fact that I'd just spent the last 6 hours studying off and on, and was slap happy by that point.

I would not think store bought yogurt would contain gluten unless it possibly could be through an added flavoring or coloring ingredient. Otherwise, it should be naturally gluten free.  Keep in mind that some companies are capitalizing on people's fears and ignorance (nothing personal intended) by labeling foods "gluten free" that are just that way by the nature of what they are. They are hoping to create a marketing edge over their competitors by adding "gluten free" because they know it may catch attention of those new to the celiac/gluten sensitivity experience without having to cost them anything in the way of changing their manufacturing process or doing testing.

I believe the GFCO does use a common logo for certified gluten free products (those containing not more that 10ppm of gluten) but nothing universal yet from the FDA for standard gluten free products (those containing not more that 20ppm).

I have a One Pot and decided to start using it one day. I was hesitant at first making my own yogurt, but was surprised at how easy it was. I like mine better too.

Because I spend so much time reading every word on all food packaging, I personally would greatly appreciate it if there was one common gluten-free symbol written in large-enough text, and always located in the same place. That alone will make shopping easier and faster. I dread having to buy packaged food. Thank you very much for asking,

I do believe that people are under so much pressure up have a sleeping  pattern ,  with working and how households work these days , but in reality there is no wrong or right at to sleep , I believe your neighbour showed this with such a long life , I do exactly the same  at night many times so I hope I live into my nineties also , I have found one thing in life your body knows what's best so good to listen to wat it needs however unconventional that maybe 🤗
