Hi, I've not had any trouble with the DM type of tussin or robatussin.

I think like some vitamins they change formulas from time to time so I always check the label.

This was one of the first things I had to hunt down for myself, and I checked it recently, too :

Vicks liquid medicines of every type (the cough drops contain gluten)

Thanks - Cough syrup is one of those things that when you need it, you need it immediately. The worst part of "shopping" for it, is when the manufacturer closes at 5 PM and you're in the drugstore or supermarket buying it and it's after 5 PM and you can't get an answer but you need the medicine badly. At that point you are wishing the manufacturer would just print GLUTEN FREE on the package/bottle. I called Mucinex today and of course they said that the ingriedents do not contain any gluten but they don't test for gluten after they make it.

Hello everyone, this my first time to this website and I need some help. I’m 65 years old and have been living with Celiacs for about 15 years. My doctor has suggested I start taking a probiotic named  Integrative Pro-Flora-Concentrae. Has anyone else used this probiotic specifically? If this one isn’t celiac friendly can you recommend another please. Thank you.

If a Celiac person is successful in following a gluten-free diet, they can go into remission.   They may not have a reaction to gluten without a precipitating event like an injury or infection or even emotional or mental stress.   Following a strict gluten-free diet at home, then indulging in gluten containing products abroad without a reaction can be explained by this remission.
