Edge Brownie Pans

Anyone ever tried "Baker's Edge Nonstick Edge Brownie Pan" for gluten free baking? I was thinking it would probably work fine for brownies, but was wondering about cakes and breads. I know often my breads come out a little doughy in the middle, even when the outside is on the verge of being overbaked. Been wanting to buy one of these pans for awhile, wondered if it would just be good for a brownie pan.

You can go to amazon and type in "Edge Brownie Pan" if you're wanting to know what it is.

Thanks :)

That's a super-cool pan!! I may have to add that one to my collection! I think it would work fine for gluten-free baked goods, just toothpick test the center. I have all kinds of baking pans, all different sizes and as long as I spray the pan well, they come out fine. I have this one and I was terrified the 1st time I used it that I wouldn't be able to get the little cakes out and it was no problem--cleaning it was another issue...

Happy baking, and thanks for the new idea!

I have one of those too, and find myself not using it too often; hmm, wonder why??

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
