Very Weird Symptom...?

My sheets have green stains on them. Just where my body and head touches the sheets and pillow case. There is something coming out of my body that is green and stains my sheets and pillow case when I sleep. It doesnt come out in the wash, it has ruined a few pillow cases. I thought it was just recently, but I look at my sheets from up to 6 years ago, and they are all stained green where my body was. Ive never seen this with anybody before. I am a very clean person, so its even more odd.

Has anyone ever heard of this before?

Im a 18 year old male and have had a mystery disease for nearly 7 years now, Ive been to doctors many times and they cant find out what it is. Ive had horrible symptoms for the past 1 1/2 years that has mostly kept me from even leaving my house. I finally think that I know what it is...Celiac Disease. Ive noticed that the more gluten I eat, the worse I feel. My mom was diagnosed with Celiac Disease years ago, but she never told me that she had it until 1 year ago. Most my symptoms match up.

I have 2 theories on this green stuff. 1. Something with the celiac Disease is doing something with my sweat glands to put a green tint to it. 2. The green stuff is excess toxins from my body that are coming out when I sleep. Im constipated, and I feel that my kidneys arent functioning properly to get all the toxins out because of Celiac Disease. Its a very weird symptom.

I'm not ruling out a disease process, but what about a chemical reaction from a lotion you are using. I discolored several shirts when I was a teen/early 20's with a acne medication for my back.

Wishing you the best figuring out the mystery.

I dont use any lotion. When I do use lotion its only on my hands in the winter.

I would get your liver checked.

Before this starts an "heated topic" I'm going off the chicken pox virus scenario. When the liver is overworked trying to detox (chicken pox virus) the body it resorts to the next system ~ the skin to flush out the toxins (the pox on the skin).

So I agree with your theory, and think liver testing could help find an answer. A lot of people post here about elevated liver enzyme test results.

Seeing as you're from Ohio and your body is bleeding green I would say you must be an Ohio University Bobcat!

Joking aside I hope you are okay and able to figure out what the heck is going on! I wish I could be of more help but, aside from the liver check I have no clue?

Best of luck.....

Are we talking seriously GREEN sweat here? If so, check this out: Open Original Shared Link

No, its nowhere near that green. And Im not even sure if its the sweat thats green, its something coming out of my body. It could be toxins, sweat, maybe something else, Im not sure.

Hi everyone  This has been a crazy year so far... How many people actually get entire sensory overload from gluten or something similar ?  My jaw is going nuts ..and that nerve is affecting my upper back and so on ...  Bones even hurt.  Brain fog. Etc  I had eggs seemed fine.   Then my aid cooked a chicken stir fry in the microwave because my food order shorted a couple key items .   I was so hungry but I noticed light breading and some ingredients with SOY !!! Why are we suffering with soy ? This triggered a sensitivity to bananas and gluten-free yogurt it seems like it's a cycle that it goes on.  The tiniest amount of something gets me I'm guessing the tiny bit of breading that I took one tiny nibble of ...yikes ..im cringing from it .. Feels like my stomach is going to explode yet still very hungry 😔  How long does this last?! Thank you so much

I have had orthodontic work done. The 3M invisalign material was no problem. BUT my retainers are another matter. They seemed okay for a few months. Now, however, they cause a burning sensation on my tongue, gums and insides of my lips. The burning sensation is now spreading to my throat. I notice it when I breathe. This is annoying and interferes with my enjoyment of eating. I am visiting with my provider tomorrow. We'll see where this goes from here.

Exactly which blood tests were done? There are a few different ones and some docs don't do them all. Also, your results and reference ranges for each?

Thankyou so much for your words. Its a hard battle when a supposed well known hospital whose celiac " specialist " has down played me because my colon looks fine and put it in my medical and so pcp doesn't take seriously. In their eyes we all carry that gene.Im having alot of bad days trying to be positive because of it.
