Ok. I am new at this and someone pinned a message about weight watchers gluten-free frozen meals and I can't find it to see the reply.

So has anyone tried or know of any gluten-free frozen meals?I have to bring dinner to work twice a week and it is nice to have pre-made stuff.

Any suggestions?

Amy's Organics makes gluten free frozen dinners. They are also vegetarian.I am not vegetarian, but I love amy's meals.

Also another idea that I use all the time. Put a portion of whatever you cook into a glad/ziploc plastic container and label and freeze. Much healthier than processed food and you know you will like it!!

Thanks!

Seeds of Change Organics also has a few frozen meals that are gluten-free. Call the company to verify which ones.

Amy's Organics frozen meals are really good. I eat them almost every day for lunch when I'm at work!

Since the original poster said they were new to gluten-free I just wanted to say as far as Amy's frozen meals you don't have to call the company or do a lot of searching to find out if they are gluten free. They will say so on the front of the package usually in the right or left hand corner of the box. Also on Amy's other products its listed too, her salad dressings for example say gluten free on them if they are gluten-free.

Thank you that’s really helpful, hopeful won’t have to have a biopsy.

That means the normal range (i.e. not celiac disease) would be a result less than 14.99.  Your result is WAY above that. Some gastroenterologists would diagnose that as celiac disease even without a confirming biopsy because it is more than ten times the top of the normal range.

Hi everyone. Back in 2022 I had blood work drawn for iga ext gliadin. Since then I’ve developed worse stomach issues and all other health issues. My doctor just said cut out gluten. He did no further testing. Please see my test results attached. I just need some direction cause I feel so ill and the stomach pain is becoming worse. Can this test show indications for other gastrointestinal diseases?

Thank you. These were the results TTG ABS NUMERICAL: > 250.0 U/mL [< 14.99]  Really don’t understand the results!

Clearly from what you've said the info on Dailymed is much more up to date than the other site, which hasn't been updated since 2017. The fact that some companies might be repackaging drugs does not mean the info on the ingredients is not correct.
