Additional:

So now I'm think if I'am Celiac, it was nearly since birth. Since I went on my gluten free diet ( trying to avoid gluten) I began to notice my neck clearing ( which it hasn't since years), marks I've had on me for years are now starting to reheal, my nails are now growing thicker, and it just looks like I'm seeing improvements. I'm also seeing some improvements in my symtoms, overall appearance ( due to health etc...).

If I'am Celiac, and was Celiac since birth ( looking at my symptoms when I was a toddler etc.... it make sense) how long do you think it will take for full recovery?

This is urgent

No one can tell you with any certainty how long it will take to heal. It'll depend on a lot of factors such as how damaged you are, how long you've been damaged, etc.

Hang in there and try to be super careful with what you eat while you are new to all of it. It's very easy to inadvertently gluten yourself when you are just finding out where gluten lurks.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
