Cheesecake Factory?

I have eaten at the Cheesecake Factory three times since going gluten free and twice they glutened me. This is despite me explaining what I could and couldn't eat to the waitress, manager, and giving them a gluten free card for the chef.

Next weekend I have to go to my fiance's cousin's wedding and his family has decided we will all go out to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner the night before the wedding. I am so nervous about eating there again- especially since we will be out of town and have to go to a wedding the next day. Now this will be a different Cheesecake Factory than I usually go to and maybe they will do a better job there.

So any suggestions about safe dishes to order there? I am not sure what else I can tell them to ensure my food is gluten free. Thanks for any suggestions!

Jen

Can you remember what you ate the one time you didn't get sick? Maybe order that. Personally I wouldn't eat anything. Just eat before or after and have a drink.

call before and get the manager's undivided attention if need be. obviously they aren't very clear on allergens at this place so you may be better off just sipping a soda. but if you want to eat there, call ahead and givce them an approx time you will be there. tell him/her what you cant have and see if he/she has any ideas about what could be safe. either way dont just go in there, order something, and hope. chances are you'll get burned three out of four

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
