Well I just spent 8 hours in the ER for dizziness & weakness due to some High Blood Pressure Meds...

I just in passing told him about my recent choice to go Gluten Free and why...

I told him my Celiac blood work was negative...and he asked how the gluten-free diet was working for me...

and I said great! He said fabulous keep gluten free...AND he said you don't need a blood test to really know what works for you!

WOW what a great ER Doc!...he was more supportive than my usual Primary Dr.

Perhaps because he was younger...maybe the younger Dr's are more knowledgeable, we can only hope!

Be sure to send the Hospital Administrator an email about the great care from this ER doctor and mention that he knew about celiac disease.

You could also post his name under a topic listing your city so others in your area can ask for him should they go to ER.

The Lindt (Lindor) dairy-free oat milk truffles are definitely gluten-free, and (last time I checked) so are the white chocolate truffles and the mint chocolate truffles.

I've used magnesium taurinate and magnesium taurate vitamins.  Didn't notice much of a difference when I used them.

More great tips, and a good excuse to shop at M&S and also buy more iced buns!   I wish we had an ASDA near us, as the few times we've been to one their gluten-free pasta range seemed very reasonably priced compared to other shops.  Thanks so much, @Russ H.
